top notch, quintessentially French wine bar...the crowd is a mix of the older generations and student types.. great to share a bottle of the house red with a few friends in the dimly lit bar one can also bring in your own food and play a game of chess if it takes your fancy! [more]

Great traditional french "wine bar" - used to be smoky and oldyworldy. Since smoking ban its lost some of its atmosphere. Buy a bottle of the house red, and enjoy baguette with camenbert as a "casse croute". [more]
