South America is in the south of the American continent. It included the Latin America and is bordered at the same time by the Atlantic Ocean and the Pacific Ocean. South America counts nearly 371 million inhabitants. This sub-continent includes/understands the following countries: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, Trinity-and-Tobago, Uruguay, Venezuela. The tourist activities to practise on the spot are numerous: folk excursion, craft industry, animations, nautical festivals, fishings, activities, The various tourist destinations that offer this continent will allure a great number of travellers who you are rather in the search of expatriation and adventure, that you wish to practise an sports activity or to slacken you in a great seaside resort. The Brazilian sites not to miss are the seaside resorts of Ipanema, Botafoga and Copacabana, the town of Belem at the entry of the Amazon forest, the falls of Iguaçu. In Peru, discover the heritage of civilizations précolombiennes through the ruins of Machu Picchu or the town of Cuzco. Other sites are impossible to circumvent like the Galapagos Islands in Equators, the volcanos of Poas in Costa Rica or the Andes cordillera in Chile.
