I went into this hotel to collect some friends that were staying there. As they were coming down late, Concierge told me to wait in the lobby. I have to say wow, you can see taste and luxury in every peace of furniture. Also, there are 3 huge pictures on the 3 walls of lobby, north west and south. And on the east wall is a mirror same size and same frame as pictures. In that mirror you can see one... [more]

Famous for it's delicious Sachertorte - chocolate cake with an apricot jam centre- this cafe is very stylish. It is always very busy so be prepared to wait. It is a bit pricey but it's just something you should do while in Vienna! [more]

Situated within walking distance form the opera this is the unmissable cafe in Vienna! Chic setting, the service is a little off. You obviously have to try the specialty Sachertorte, a cake with a chocolate and apricot jam base which you eat with chantilly cream. The espressos and hot chocolates (with chantilly) are also delicious. Lots of people, so be prepared to wait. [more]
